Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle collects the payment, adds the VAT or sales tax for your country and sends your invoice.

What you buy

A licence to use Tessera: the Figma file, the React package, the tokens, the docs and the Claude pack, for the number of people in your plan. You do not buy the copyright; see the licence.

Prices are one-time payments shown before tax. All 1.x updates are included. A later major version (2.0) may be a paid upgrade.

Delivery

After payment you receive by email a licence key, an invite to the private code repository and a link to duplicate the Figma file. Delivery is digital; nothing is shipped.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy. Your access ends with the refund.

Liability

Tessera is provided as it is. We fix reported bugs in updates, but we do not promise that it fits every project. To the extent Swiss law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Law and place

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of the seller, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
